ENTRANCE HYMN

All Flowers Will Sing

*All flowers will sing, all fields will rejoice
True joy is all around
All flowers will sing, all fields will rejoice
In God's new love and joy we have found

1. From the dusty roads around us, a new life we have begun
Through the rain and stormy weather, we are striving for the sun *

2. To our brethen we are bringing fellowship and Christian love
This gives life its real meaning, and will lift our hearts above *

3. Every cross that we encounter can become our golden wings
Every time that we embrace it. Everlasting peace it brings *

Lord Jesus Christ, Only-begotten Son. Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father: you take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us. You take away the sins of the world, receive our prayer. You are seated at the right hand of the Father, have mercy on us.

1st Reading – Leviticus 13:1-2, 44-46
The
LORD said to Moses and Aaron,
“If someone has on his skin a scab or pustule or blotch which appears to be the sore of leprosy, he shall be brought to Aaron, the priest, or to one of the priests among his descendants.
If the man is leprous and unclean, the priest shall declare him unclean by reason of the sore on his head.
“The
one who bears the sore of leprosy
shall keep his garments rent and his head bare,
and shall muffle his beard; he shall cry out, ‘Unclean, unclean!’ As long as the sore is on him he shall declare himself unclean, since he is in fact unclean. He shall dwell apart, making his abode outside the camp.”
All:
Thanks be to God.

Responsorial Psalm – Psalms 32:1-2, 5, 11
R. I
turn to you, Lord, in time of trouble, and you fill me with the joy of
salvation.

Blessed
is he whose fault is taken away, whose sin is covered. Blessed the man to whom
the LORD imputes not guilt, in whose spirit there is no guile.
R. I turn to you, Lord, in time of trouble, and you fill me with the joy of salvation.

Then I
acknowledged my sin to you, my guilt I covered not. I said, “I confess my
faults to the LORD,” and you took away the guilt of my sin.
R. I turn to you, Lord, in time of trouble, and you fill me with the joy of salvation.

Be glad
in the LORD and rejoice, you just; exult, all you upright of heart.
R. I turn to you, Lord, in time of trouble, and you fill me with the joy of salvation.

2nd
Reading – 1 Corinthians 10:31-11:1
Brothers
and sisters,
Whether
you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God. Avoid
giving offense, whether to the Jews or Greeks or  the church of God, just
as I try to please everyone in every way, not seeking my own benefit but that
of the many, that they may be saved. Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ.
All:
Thanks be to God.

Alleluia
– Luke 7:16
R.
Alleluia, alleluia.
A great prophet has arisen in our midst, God has visited his people.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.

Gospel
– Mark 1:40-45
A leper
came to Jesus and kneeling down begged him and said,
“If you wish, you can make me clean.” Moved with pity, he stretched out his hand, touched him, and said to him,  “I do will it. Be made clean.” The leprosy left him immediately, and he was made clean.
Then, warning him sternly, he dismissed him at once.  He said to him, “See that you tell no one anything, but go, show yourself to the priest
and offer for your cleansing what Moses prescribed; that will be proof for them.” The man went away and began to publicize the whole matter. He spread the report abroad
so that it was impossible for Jesus to enter a town openly.
He remained outside in deserted places,
and people kept coming to him from everywhere.
All:
Praise to You, Lord Jesus Christ.

Nicene Creed

I believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.

I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man.

For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets.
I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church. I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen.

Prayer of the Faithful
P✠: Let us pray to the Lord.

All: We ask you Lord, listen to our prayer, we ask you Lord, listen to our prayer

OFFERTORY HYMN

Spirit of the Living God

Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me.
Spirit of the living God, fall afresh on me.
Break me, melt me, mould me, fill me.
Spirit of the living God, fall a fresh on me.

Preparation of the Altar and the Gifts

P✠: Pray, brethren (brothers and sisters), that my sacrifice and yours be acceptable to God, the almighty Father.
All: May the Lord accept the sacrifice at your hands for the praise and glory of his name, for our good and the good of all his holy Church.

P✠: The Lord be with you.
All: And with your spirit.
P✠: Lift up your hearts.
All: We lift them up to the Lord.
P✠: Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
All: It is right and just.

P✠: It is truly right and just,.... , as with one voice we acclaim:

Sanctus

Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God of hosts.
Heaven and earth are full of your glory.
Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.
Hosanna in the highest.

P✠: You are indeed Holy, O Lord, the….

At the time he was betrayed and entered willingly into his Passion, he took bread and, giving thanks, broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying:

TAKE THIS, ALL OF YOU, AND EAT OF IT,
FOR THIS IS MY BODY,
WHICH WILL BE GIVEN UP FOR YOU.

P✠: In a similar way, when supper was ended, he took the chalice and, once more giving thanks, he gave it to his disciples, saying:

TAKE THIS, ALL OF YOU, AND DRINK FROM IT,
FOR THIS IS THE CHALICE OF MY BLOOD,
THE BLOOD OF THE NEW AND ETERNAL COVENANT, WHICH WILL BE POURED OUT FOR YOU AND FOR MANY
FOR THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS.
DO THIS IN MEMORY OF ME.

P✠: The mystery of faith.
All: When we eat this Bread and drink this Cup, we proclaim your Death, O Lord, until you come again.

P✠: Therefore, as we celebrate the memorial of his Death and Resurrection,.....

P✠: Through him, and with him, and in him,
O God, almighty Father,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
all glory and honor is yours, for ever and ever.
All: Amen.

Lord’s Prayer
P✠: At the Savior’s command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to say:

All: Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

P✠: Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
All: For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours, now and for ever.

P✠: Lord Jesus Christ, who said to your Apostles: Peace I leave you, my peace I give you, look not on our sins, but on the faith of your Church, and graciously grant her peace and unity in accordance with your will. Who live and reign for ever and ever.
All: Amen.
P✠: The peace of the Lord be with you always.
All: And with your spirit.
P✠: Let us offer each other the sign of peace.

Agnus Dei

All: Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.
Lamb of God, you take away the sins of the world, grant us peace.

P✠: Lord Jesus Christ,....

P✠: Behold the Lamb of God, behold him who takes away the sins of the world. Blessed are those called to the supper of the Lamb.
All: Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.

COMMUNION HYMN

O Lord My God

1. Oh Lord, my God
When I, in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder
Thy power throughout the universe displayed *

* Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art
Then sings my soul, my Savior God to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

2. And when I think that God, His Son not sparing
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in
That on the cross, my burden gladly bearing
He bled and died to take away my sin *

3. When Christ shall come, with shout of acclamation
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart
Then I shall bow, in humble adoration
And then proclaim, my God, how great Thou art *

Turn to Me

* Turn to me, O turn, and be saved,
says the Lord, for I am God
there is no other, none beside me.
I call your name.

1. I am He that comforts you
who are you to be afraid of flesh that fades,
is made like the grass of the field, soon to wither. *

2. Listen to me, my people;
Give ear to me, my nation;
A law will go forth from me and my justice for a light
to the people. *

3. Lift up your eyes to the heavens,
and look at the earth down below.
The heavens will vanish like smoke,
and the earth will wear out like a garment. *

Prayer After Communion
P✠: Let us pray.  …..
…..
All: Amen.

P✠: The Lord be with you.
All: And with your spirit.
P✠: May almighty God bless you, ✠ the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
All: Amen
P✠: Go forth, the Mass is ended.
All: Thanks be to God.

RECESSIONAL HYMN

Though the Mountains May Fall

* Though the mountains my fall
and the hills turn to dust,
yet the love of the Lord will stand
as a shelter for all who will call on his name
sing the praise and the glory of God

1. Could the Lord ever leave you?
Could the Lord forget His love?
Though a mother forsake her child,
He will not abandon you. *

2. Should you turn and forsake him,
He will gently call your name.
Should you wander away from Him,
He will always take you back. *

3. Go to Him when you’re weary;
He will give you eagle’s wings.
You will run, never tire,
For your God will be your strength *
